For Love, Against Nothing

You can be for something, without being against anything.

This concept can drive the intellect mad, so I invite you to listen with your heart.

Here is an example. If I am for kindness, I don’t need to be against rudeness. I can simply embody and spread kindness.

I don’t need to hunt down and correct all instances of rudeness. I don’t need to chastise people for being rude.

If someone makes a mean remark to me and I say, “You are being so rude! You’re terrible! Do you understand how awful you’re being?!” then I’m fighting rudeness with rudeness, and that’s what persists. In my fight against rudeness, I merely perpetuate rudeness.

I can choose instead to respond to rudeness with kindness, whether that be through compassionate silence, a genuine smile, or an authentic compliment.

“Thank you for sharing your passionate response with me. Have a beautiful day.”

In this case, I am simply embodying what I am for, and I am too busy being for kindness to be against rudeness.

And what's more, the energy of kindness instantly transmutes rudeness. In the face of kindness, rudeness effortlessly dissolves from the Collective Field, back into Source Light.

Oftentimes, in a fight for change, with all the best intentions, we create some enemy to be against. We put that enemy, whether it be a person, concept, or situation, in the category of “other” and “less than.” This categorization justifies our anger, hatred, disgust, mistreatment, or harm against that enemy.

An example would be someone at a protest against human trafficking who carries a sign that says Kill All Pedophiles. This seeds more separation and, ultimately, more pain into the Collective Field, which perpetuates the agonizing conditions that will motivate someone to commit harm against another (such as selling a child into slavery).

If we wish to free ourselves from this vicious cycle, we must stop creating enemies out of anyone or anything.

We can grieve these heinous crimes without creating more separation.

The protester in this example can choose instead to carry a sign that states what they are for rather than giving attention and energy to what they are against.

“May all children be safe and free now.”

This prayer seeds the quantum field with safety and freedom for all.

If we seed the quantum field with whatever we are for, its ‘opposite’ will dissolve from the Collective Field.

Kindness dissolves rudeness.

Freedom dissolves oppression.

Peace dissolves violence.

Unity dissolves separation.

Love dissolves hatred.

And truly, Love heals all.

May we have the courage to be for Love and against nothing.

With all my love,

Gaia Sophia
